The Precipice Theater Team's Founders Ensemble comprises innovative young artists who have previously created a PTT play and are now advancing their work to new levels. They undertake three primary responsibilities:

1) Devising a Theater Piece: Meeting once a week, the ensemble collaboratively creates a theater piece that delves into topics at the forefront of their minds, continually seeking innovative ways to explore their stories and engage with audiences and fellow artists.

2) Engaging Audiences and Artists: Each member leverages their unique skills to enhance audience and artist engagement. For example:
- One member leads the production of a zine that outlines their devising process.
- Another composes music to accompany their play.
- A third manages recruitment and social media.

3) Mentoring New Students and Groups: The ensemble mentors students and student groups new to the devised theater process, sharing their expertise and guiding them through the creation of their own pieces.

By taking ownership of the output, structure, and work of their ensemble, the Founders Ensemble is breaking new ground. This collaborative approach not only enriches the creative process but also enhances the depth and diversity of their performances, establishing an artistic home where all their talents can be utilized to create evocative, socially engaging theater and visual art.
